Shipping Policy

Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping and Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours or sooner(not including weekends)
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Kweensempire is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
- Kweensempire is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns Policy
- We are currently not doing any exchange or returns so please be sure of the size you are ordering
